About the event
Our club and client camp is a great way to put them winter miles to good use against fellow members whilst doing specific drills and intervals. This week is structured with something for everyone. It's not all about the fast guys though it's about raising them fitness levels and improving whilst working with our coaches each day and then having time to reflect on the sessions in the evening and planning your year.
